About Admission at ALLEN

  1. Q.1 When & how can I enquire for Admission at ALLEN?

    You can enquire about ALLEN courses and other information either by calling on our helpline numbers or can also visit ALLEN Jaipur Center at our office timings between 8.30am-08.30pm.

  2. Q.2 Can you send details regarding fee structure, class commencement and admission procedure through sms over mobile?

    No, we don’t send details regarding Admission over mobile. You can visit our website: http://jaipur.ALLEN.ac.in, call on our helpline numbers or can visit your nearest ALLEN Information Center or ALLEN Study Center.

  3. Q.3 What is the process for Admission at ALLEN Career Institute?

    Process for Admission at ALLEN includes:
    • Collect information regarding courses, fee structure, class schedule, and class venue. You can also get detailed brochures for Classroom and Distance learning programs.
    • Purchase and fill application form either from ALLEN all India form issue counters or from ALLEN study centers for Rs. 700/-. Also you can fill application form online from ALLEN website for Rs. 500/-. You can also choose option of Cash on Delivery and can pay for the Application Form at your doorstep.
    • Submit Application Form at any ALLEN study center or you can also send duly filled application form at any ALLEN study center. You need to affix one passport size latest photograph on application form. In case you are qualified for any scholarship please contact at ALLEN study center.
    • Pay your course fee online via NEFT and Internet Banking. You can also pay fee through Cash in your nearest branch of Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank or Axis Bank. Also you can visit your nearest ALLEN study center to pay your fee via Cash, Cheque and DD or through Credit Card-Debit Card. Please keep the fee receipt with you and bring it to ALLEN Center for reference.
      In case ASAT is applicable in your course, you can pay course fee only after qualifying entrance exam.
    • Collect your accessories including UID cards, uniform and study material. Pre-medical students can get study material from ALLEN Jaipur Center after depositing the fee. Engineering students will get study material from their respective class counters after class commencement. The Photo ID card will be provided to the student on their respective class counter within 15 days of class commencement.

  4. Q.4 Is there any difference between ALLEN Jaipur Center and ALLEN Kota Center?

    At ALLEN we have same policies at all our centers. The study material and teaching methodology is same for all centers.

  5. Q.5 Do you have franchise center in Jaipur?

    No this is a branch office as each and every activity is centralized by our KOTA center.

  6. Q.6 When do I have to report at ALLEN after Admission confirmation?

    You can reach ALLEN center 1-2 days accordingly before class commencement so that you can make necessary arrangements for accommodation and conveyance. You will also receive a SMS regarding your batch allotment and time table.

  7. Q.7 I belong to Delhi and my ward wants to take admission in IIT-JEE. Can I come alone to ALLEN Jaipur Center or it is necessary to bring him/her for Admission formalities?

    Yes, you can come alone for Admission process. You have to bring one latest passport size colored photograph of student.

  8. Q.8 I belong to Bhilwara and want to take admission in IIT-JEE course in Jaipur Center but I am not able to come to Jaipur Center. Is it necessary to come to Jaipur Center to take admission?

    No, it is not necessary to come to Jaipur center for admission. You can purchase Application Form from our Form Issue Counters and can pay course fee online via Internet Banking and offline via Cash in any branch of HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank or Central Bank of India. For ASAT applicable courses you'll first have to qualify ASAT exam and then you can pay your course fee.
    You can also purchase Application Form Online on ALLEN website: www.ALLEN.ac.in by paying charges through Internet Banking and can also choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ option.

  9. Q.9 I am from Assam and my ward wants to take the admission in ALLEN Institute and I don't have internet connection. Also ALLEN Center is far from my home town, can you tell me how I can fill Application Form alternative except online?

    You can make a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- in favor of "ALLEN Career Institute, Kota", payable at Kota and send it at our corporate office, Kota along with an application which contains your residential address and contact details, then we will dispatch you Application form at your address. Also you can visit your nearest 'Form Issue Counter' and can purchase ALLEN Application Form.

  10. Q.10 I am sending my Application form at ALLEN Jaipur center, how will I get the confirmation that my form has been accepted?

    Once the form is received at ALLEN center you will receive confirmation message along with your Application form number. After that you can proceed with fee deposition. For reference you can keep a photocopy of filled Application Form.

  11. Q.11 I have filled Application Form online and now I want to pay my course fee but I am not able to come to ALLEN center. How can I pay my course fee?

    After filling online Application Form you can pay your fee online via Internet Banking or NEFT from ALLEN website. Also you can print Challan Form from ALLEN website and can pay fee in Cash in your nearest branch of HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank and Central Bank of India.
    Also you can visit your nearest ALLEN Study Center and can pay your course fee there itself, showing your ALLEN Application Form Number via Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/Debit Card-Credit Card.

  12. Q.12 I have filled Application Form and want to pay course fee by coming to ALLEN Institute, Jaipur but I can come on Sunday only. Are you open on Sunday also and can I pay fee on Sunday also?

    Yes we are open on Sunday also and you can visit us in first half for fee deposition.

  13. Q.13 I have deposited fee at Kota center through Cheque, how will I get a confirmation that the fee has been updated in Student’s records?

    You will get confirmation message over your registered mobile number when your Cheque is accepted at ALLEN and you will have to bring along your fee receipt at ALLEN Center.

  14. Q.14 I have filled online Application form and have also paid my course fee online, what do I need to bring along when I report at ALLEN center?

    In case you have paid your fees online via Internet Banking you have to bring along your fee receipt that you can get from ALLEN website only. Also print Acknowledgement Form with latest photograph affixed on it with signatures of candidate and Parent.
    In case you have paid your course fee via NEFT then you get fee receipt at Accounts Section showing ALLEN Application Form number at ALLEN Center.

  15. Q.15 Is there any healthcare facility for ALLEN Students?

    Yes we have group of reputed doctors available at ALLEN campus.

  16. Q.16 Is there any student care unit available at ALLEN?

    Proper care will be provided in case of emergency. Normally first aid will be available at all centers.

  17. Q.17 Is there any hostel facility for students at ALLEN?

    ALLEN does not own any hostel however; there are many hostels available for boys/girls near ALLEN. You can visit and select your hostel when you reach at your ALLEN center. You can also get details of nearby hostels from ALLEN Jaipur Center.

  18. Q.18 My ward has taken admission in Pre-Medical Nurture course but is residing in area far from his class location. Does ALLEN have any conveyance facility also?

    Yes can have conveyance facility for the student but you’ll have to visit our ALLEN Center and can register for conveyance facility.

  19. Q.19 Will there be any vacations for students in between of their yearlong classroom sessions?

    For Class IX and X: No Holidays other than Diwali and National Holidays.
    For Class VI to VIII: Dates will be informed after the batch commencement.
    For Class XI and XII: No vacations other than Diwali and National Holidays.

  20. Q.20 I belong to Jaipur city but I have taken admission in Kota Center in class 9th. Can I change my Study Center?

    Yes you can change your study center by paying applicable charges in Accounts section.

  21. Q.21 What is the cost of living / charges for Boarding & Lodging for a student in Jaipur?

    For conveyance and residence there are many options in Jaipur City. You can come and visit here and can choose the best option suitable for you.

  22. Q.22 How will I come to know that my ward is attending his classes regularly?

    At ALLEN we have Attendance Monitoring cell that monitors student’s attendance and you will be informed via sms and phone call if your ward is not attending his classes regularly.

  23. Q.23 My ward is studying in ALLEN in class IX. Now on being promoted to next class does he have to fill a new Application Form?

    No student promoted to higher class need not to fill new Application Form.

  24. Q.24 Do you provide any demo classes?

    No we don’t provide any demo classes.

  25. Q.25 Why don’t you give Demo class / lecture to the students?

    Anyone can’t judge the teaching methodology or teaching style in one or two lectures. Also our system includes study material and doubt counters benefit of which you can take after registering for yearlong Classroom Contact Program.

  26. Q.26 How do you ensure girls’ security?

    We have a safety system especially for girls with timely monitoring of hostels. We also have food monitoring system, nursing care and mentoring by faculties themselves.

About Pre-Medical

  1. Q.1 What are the various courses offered in Pre-Medical at ALLEN Jaipur Center?

    Various courses which are offered at Jaipur center in Pre-Medical:
    • Nurture Course for X to XI moving students.
    • Nurture (TALLENTPRO) Course for X to XI moving students.
    • Enthusiast Course for XI to XII moving students.
    • Enthusiast (TALLENTPRO) Course for XI to XII moving students.
    • Enthusiast TALLENTPRO Course for XI to XII moving students.
    • Leader Course for 12th appeared/passed students

  2. Q.2 Do you provide School Integrated Program?

    Yes, we do provide School integrated program “TALLENTPRO”.

  3. Q.3 What is the difference between Enthusiast and Enthusiast Integrated?

    In Enthusiast Course syllabus of only XIIth Class is covered whereas Enthusiast Integrated Course covers the syllabus of both XI and XII class.

  4. Q.4 Do you have any crash courses?

    No we don't have any crash courses. You can register for yearlong Classroom Contact Program (CCP), Distance Learning Program (DLP) or for ALLENtab.

  5. Q.5 What are the criteria of admission in ALLEN?

    Student will have to qualify ASAT exam for taking Admission in Pre-Medical Courses at ALLEN Jaipur Center.

  6. Q.6 What medium do you consider in Pre-Medical courses at ALLEN?

    Classes are conducted for both English and Hindi Medium students in Pre-Medical for Leader & Achiever program. Classes will be separate for both English and Hindi Medium Students.For Nurture and Enthusiast we offer for only English Medium students.

  7. Q.7 I am form ASSAM and I don’t understand Hindi language, do you have classes in complete English if I take admission in English Medium?

    Yes the preparation will be in English only in English Medium classes.

  8. Q.8 Is there any preparation for NCERT and Board exams along with the preparation of Pre-Medical?

    Yes we conduct Special Board classes and subjective board test is conducted during the session. We provide CBSE Compendium, i.e with descriptive text and important questions relevant to CBSE Boards.

  9. Q.9 What are the class timings for Pre-Medical Students?

    For Nurture and Enthusiast Course classes are 4 days a week. Timings: 3:45 pm to 8:00pm in summer and 4:15 pm to 8:15pm in winters. Leader Course classes are 6 days a week. Timings:8.45 am to 1.20 pm.

  10. Q.10 What is the strength of students in a Batch?

    For Class XI and XII: 60-80; For XII Pass: 60-80

  11. Q.11 Class timings will be in morning and evening only or you will schedule classes at odd timings also, like till late night or early morning?

    The class timings will be either morning or evening. NO classes in late night or early morning will be scheduled.

  12. Q.12 When and How will I be informed about my class timings and class venue?

    Students who have deposited fees will be informed with their class timings and class venue via sms 2 days before class commencement date.

  13. Q.13 Is there any provision for changing stream, phase, course or batch?

    Yes the student can change their stream by proper counseling and by paying applicable fees. Changing phase, course or batch depends on the availability of seat and performance of student.

  14. Q.14 I am taking in Pre-Medical but I am not able to attend class from first day, are there any revision classes at ALLEN where I can cover topics that are covered till date?

    No, there are not revision classes at ALLEN. Though we have facility of doubt counters where students can clear their doubts and cover remaining topics.

  15. Q.15 I am not able to take admission in Pre-Medical Nurture Phase-I and Phase-II is too late. So how will you cover the syllabus?

    There is no difference in all the Phases and ALLEN’s best faculty will teach you. Some extra classes, if required, will cover your syllabus soon.

  16. Q.16 Are there any extra classes at ALLEN?

    As such extra classes are not a part of Classroom Courses, but some extra classes may be conducted on valid requirements as decided by faculties.

  17. Q.17 How do you communicate results to parents?

    Student performance report will be available on ALLEN website and also be communicated to the Parents on the mobile no. given by them in the Application Form. Also after every five tests, a performance report is sent to the parents or they can call on our dedicated helpline numbers to know their ward’s academic performance.

  18. Q.18 On what basis the batches shuffled?

    Batches are shuffled on the basis of student’s performance in their periodic tests and the objective is to keep students motivated and streamline batches are created after shuffling and same level students can study together.

  19. Q.19 Can a student change his study center (within Jaipur City) in mid-session? What is the procedure for the same?

    Yes the student can change Study center in mid-session by proper counseling and there are no charges for changing study center within Jaipur city.

  20. Q.20 Are there any motivation session for students?

    ALLEN conducts Orientation program and Open Session in which Directors and HODs interact with students and motivates student for their future targets and address them on common problems.

  21. Q.21 What is Orientation session? Is there any orientation session in Pre-Medical?

    Orientation session is motivational program conducted one day before course commencement date. There are orientation sessions in Pre-Medical courses. Timings and venue for orientation session will be delivered via sms to the students and information will also be available at your respective ALLEN study center before 2 days of class commencement.

  22. Q.22 Do I need to bring any books with me when I come to ALLEN?

    ALLEN provides you complete study material that is developed in accordance to NCERT syllabus, though if you want you can bring books for your reference.

  23. Q.23 Is there any procedure for taking admission in school?

    Yes you can take admission in school in Jaipur City also. There are many schools near to ALLEN where you can take admission in 11th Class.

  24. Q.24 What is the qualification of faculties in ALLEN?

    For Pre-Medical we have MBBS and PHDs from reputed institutes in INDIA with at least 5-7 years of experience in Education Industry.

  25. Q.25 Which center of ALLEN has best faculty for Pre-Medical?

    At ALLEN centers best and well qualified faculties are hired for Pre-Medical including MBBS and PHDs. The selection criteria are same at all Centers.

  26. Q.26 How my ward will come to know about various competitive exams while studying in ALLEN. Is there any assistance in Form Filling?

    Students will be informed on notice boards of their respective classrooms. Also student can consult with Pre-Medical counselors who will guide him/her for their target exams.

  27. Q.27 What will be duration of courses and when the classes will end?

    The course duration is of one year and the class end date will be informed to the students on their classroom notice boards accordingly.

  28. Q.28 Will the students get vacations for school examinations?

    The regular classes will end before starting of school exams and the students can go to their hometown to examinations. Students will be notified for class ending dates.

  29. Q.29 What if my ward is not able to make balance with your schedule?

    If your ward is facing any problem regarding the schedule he/she can talk with their respective mentors and that will be resolved.

  30. Q.30 My ward hesitates in asking question, how will he overcome that?

    At ALLEN we have doubt counters where the student can clear his doubts.

  31. Q.31 My ward is very much weak, less attentive, and not at all studious. Will ALLEN be beneficial for him?

    Student can enrol either for PCB or PCM at ALLEN Jaipur.

    You can take direct Admission in JEE MAINS Leader Course and IIT-JEE Leader Course Phase II and III at Jaipur Center. For IIT-JEE NURTURE COURSES AND ENTHUSIAST COURSE student needs to qualify ASAT exam first to take admission.

  4. Q.4 I had appeared in ASAT but have not qualified it yet. Can I take direct admission through TALLENTEX result?

    Yes, you can direct admission if you have qualified TALLENTEX EXAM.

    Classes are conducted in English Medium for Nurture/Enthusiast/Nurture TALLENtpro/Enthusiast TALLENtpro/Enthusiast Integrated in IIT-JEE. About TALLENTPRO

  1. Q.1 What is TALLENtpro?

    It is School Integrated Program, where ALLEN’s faculties, go as guest faculties to the school to teach IIT and Medical preparation guidance classes.

  2. Q.2 What is the process of admission in TALLENtpro program?

    Student has to qualify School Admission Test as well as ASAT exam to take Admission in TALLENtpro Program.

  3. Q.3 Is there any fee difference between Nurture and Nurture TALLENtpro program?

    Yes Nurture Course is different than Nurture TALLENtpro Program since teacher as guest faculty are visiting schools and teaching hours are just double than the CCP.

  4. Q.4 Will the Faculties who teach top most batches go to School for TALLENtpro Batches?

    Yes, set of faculties depending upon their schedule go.

  5. Q.5 The syllabus of school will be covered by school faculties or ALLEN faculties?

    NCERT Based school syllabus will be covered simultaneously by ALLEN faculties.

  6. Q.6 How do the students in TALLENtpro program clear their doubts?

    Faculties of ALLEN give time for doubt after the class or in Brunch / lunch time.

  7. Q.7 During School holidays where are the classes of Pre-Nurture and Nurture held?

    All the classes of class 9 to 12 continue in the school campus only or at ALLEN Campus near the school.

  8. Q.8 What is the duration of Classes of Pre Nurture and Nurture courses in school integrated program?

    Pre Nurture classes are scheduled for 6 days, while XI & XII continue for 6 days a week (4 Hour per day).

About Pre-Nurture and Career Foundation

  1. Q1. Do you teach them extra for the Olympiads exam?

    Yes we will guide students of Olympiad exams as with some extra classes. As well as our module and our teaching methodology contains the entire relevant syllabus necessary for exams.

  3. Q3. Is there any crash course in ALLEN ?

    No, there are no crash courses provided by ALLEN. There are only two types of Courses at ALLEN: Classroom Contact Programme (CCP) and Distance Learning Programme (DLP).

  4. Q4. Do you provide coaching for all subjects?

    For VI ,VII, and VIII we teach Maths , Science and Mental Ability. For IX & X we teach Maths, Science, SST and Mental Ability.

  5. Q5. What is the duration of classes at ALLEN?

    Duration for Class is of 3 hours per day (3 days in a week for 8,9 and 10 class and 2 days per week for 6 and 7 class)

  6. Q6. Do you provide any Demo classes?

    No we don’t provide any demo class.

  7. Q7. Is there any provision for changing phase or batch?

    Yes the student can change their batch with different timings by proper counseling/Permission and by paying applicable fees. Changing phase or batch depends on the availability of seat and performance of student.

  8. Q8. Is there any orientation session in Pre-Nurture?

    Yes there is orientation session in Pre-Nurture courses. Timings and venue for orientation session will be conveyed through SMS to the enrolled students and information will also be available 2 days prior to class commencement date at ALLEN center.

  9. Q9. What is the importance of competitive examinations in the career of a student?

    As far as a student of PNCF i.e., studying in class 10th or below are concerned, competitive examination at this stage: - (1) Helps to identify the aptitude of a student i.e., in which academic area he or she can excel. For example, after giving various govt./pvt Olympiads & National talent search exams, according to his/her performance, a student & his/her parents may get a clear idea that he/she may go for Engineering /Medical after class 10th. (2) Giving competitive exams from early classes develops competitive temperament & confidence of the student. (3) A student also comes to know where he ranks at National and International Level.

  11. Q11. How do you help students in preparing for competitive exams?

    In PNCF i.e.in early classes, first motive is to develop strong concepts in every subject. Those students once develops the strong foundations are trained at advance level (i.e., higher level) targeting various competitive exams like NSO, IMO, NSTSE, NTSE,STSE etc. A very few students who are ahead of their time & shows skills to work very hard are trained at excellent level for govt. Olympiads like Juniors science Olympiad (IJSO), Biology Olympiad (IBO), etc.

  12. Q12. Along with school studies what kind of preparation you are providing to develop my ward?

    A student who Joins ALLEN PNCF first get strong insight in concepts required to strengthen insight in every subjects that are taught at ALLEN. He/she develops confidence to study in groups/completive environment; developing accuracy & competitive temperament by appearing in regular tests. ALLEN helps student to perform better than his/her previous classes but depending on his aptitude & hard work a student can reach to any height. For example, our students have cracked junior science Olympiad exams in class6, 7.8th, international biology Olympiads in class 10th. Overall a student’s improves a lot, the scale of that improvement depend from student to student.

  13. Q13. What is the schedule of test of Pre-Nurture?

    Test will be conducted on every third Sunday.

  14. Q14. Is it sufficient for me to concentrate on ALLEN study materials alone to attain my goal or do I need other supplements?

    For all kinds of exams (school exams/competitive exams/Olympiads), ALLEN PNCF has developed very fine quality study material that do not require any further supplement. However, a student can refer books if he/she solves ALLEN modules & his/her school books.

  15. Q15. Will you provide accommodation to students?

    We don't have any own hostel facility for students, but yes we assist students by providing them details of Hostel accommodation available in the area.

  16. Q16. If my ward is not interested in medical or engineering, is it beneficial for him to be in ALLEN?

    Yes, here is nurturing and aptitude finding of an individual’s; it may be in field of charted accountancy or administrative service because we groom academically in such a way that will help your ward in knowing their skills and aptitudes.

  17. Q17. Do you basically focus on Maths and Science?

    No, other subject also such as S.st and Mental Ability is also being taught that is must for any competitive exams.

    No, as classes are running alternatively so at least 3 hrs are required for the proper delivering of content.

    Student can ask for extra classes from the faculties and can also cover at the doubt counters.

  21. Q21. What if I don’t find any improvement in school grades?

    Weekly test and races will build a strong foundation and will definitely improve his grades; if not than we arrange improvement batches. In classes we find out of weak point of students than after improvement on weak points.

  22. Q22. My ward is very much weak, less attentive, and not at all studious. Will ALLEN be beneficial for him?

    ALLEN has a competitive, enthusiastic environment which will motivate him to grow in a right direction.

  23. Q23. Do you give homework?

    Yes we provide races for practice.

    Yes it remains the same. Then also if a student wants to change his/her batch than he needs to take permission first.

    The fee structure in PNCF courses is Lumpsum only.

    Basically they are used for taking admission in reputed as well as foreign universities and it also develops their application skills.

    We have a standard policy throughout. As we have thousands of students studying at our institute and it becomes difficult for us to change the policy.

  30. Q30. What is the Phase-1, Phase-2 & Phase-3?

    The classes for Phase-1 scheduled to start from 4th April 2019 Phase-2 scheduled to start from 16th May 2019. Note: In Phase-2 frequency of classes is more in compare to Phase-1. Phase-3 scheduled to start from 5th July, 2019

  31. Q31. Why should we join our ward in class 6th, 7th in ALLEN?

    At ALLEN we believe in building strong foundation by continuous and comprehensive training which leads to excellent performance of students at school level studies and in various Olympiad exams of National & International level.

  32. Q.32 How do you manage 40 students in each class?

    Classrooms in PNCF are designed with best infrastructure to ensure proper communication with the students and there are mentors in each class who keep record on performance of student in class as well as in test.

  33. Q. 33 In PNCF why entrance exam is made compulsory?

    Basically there was no other mode of scholarship for PNCF other then TALLENtex and Olympiads. This would give opportunity to gain scholarship on their fees. Secondly, student performance in ASAT is considered to assign foundation batch or advance batch after STD 8th.

  34. Q. 34 Do ICSE Board Students have separate batches?

    As such we don’t have so much strength, if any help required by the student it is attended.We already had some students last year who are highly satisfied.

  35. Q35. My ward is studying in 9th class at ALLEN Kota Center. Can he change his Study center to Jaipur Center later on?

    Yes the student can change his study center to any other ALLEN Center after proper counseling and by paying the applicable charges.

  36. Q36. What is the duration of course in Pre-Nurture?

    The courses will be completed in January and after that revision classes will start.

  37. Q37. Does your course comply with school syllabus?

    We teach according to CBSE pattern and approximately all things matches to your school pattern but sometimes if it does not match then the student comes to our doubt counters.

  38. Q38. Is it necessary to come between 3:00 to 03.:45 for doubt. Or can the child come at any time?

    This is official time in which all the respective faculties will be available for the doubt counters. Apart from the above mentioned time a student will have to take permission from the respective faulty.

  39. Q39. I had appeared in ASAT but have not qualified it yet. Can I take direct admission through TALLENTEX result?

    Yes you can direct admission if you have qualified TALLENTEX EXAM.

About ALLEN Scholarships for Preparatory Studies (ASPS)

  1. Q1. What is ALLEN Scholarship Program Studies (ASPS)?

    At ALLEN we provide scholarship to Eligible students of Classroom Contact Program (CCP) covered under ASPS. Student can apply for any scholarship with required documents at their respective ALLEN Center.

  2. Q2. Is there any scholarship for the SC/ST students or for the students whose parents are there in defense personnel and police personnel?

    No, student will get scholarship according to the ASPS criteria.

  3. Q3. I am a student of ALLEN in current session and my real brother/sister wants to take admission this year. Is there any scholarship?

    Yes, we provide siblings scholarship that is 10%. It is necessary that both real brother and sister are studying in same session and only one student can avail this scholarship (If not awarded any other scholarship).

  4. Q4. Sir my daughter was studying in your institute, in Leader Course (2017-18) and I want to admit my son in Nurture Course (2018-19). As per ALLEN policy, my son is eligible for up to 10 % discount in fees?

    Sibling Scholarship can be provided to any one student and both students should be studying in same session. (If not awarded any other scholarship).

  5. Q5. I am NTSE I stage qualified (10th class) and want to take admission in XIIth passed course Can I get the scholarship?

    Yes, You are eligible for 15% scholarship. Pleases refer ALLEN Website for more details.

  6. Q6. I am eligible for two scholarships for NTSE II Stage and having 3rd merit in 10th class. So can I avail 100% scholarship?

    No you can avail only one out of two scholarships at once, no two scholarships can be clubbed together.

  7. Q7. My son had taken admission in ALLEN and had availed 10% TALLENTEX Scholarship and he is now also eligible for 50% scholarship on basis of qualifying NTSE 2nd stage. Can he get refund of 50% fee that he has deposited now?

    As per ASPS the student can avail only one scholarship at once and now you son can get refund of remaining 40% scholarship. The student has to fill and deposit Prescribed Scholarship form at ALLEN office or online from ALLEN website.

  8. Q8. I want to take admission in ALLEN and I am eligible for NTSE 1st Stage scholarship but I am not able to come to ALLEN center and can deposit fee online via Internet Banking or from HDFC/AXIS/CBI Branch from my hometown. How can I get Challan from ALLEN website?

    No, you can’t get scholarship Challan from ALLEN website but you can visit ALLEN center and get Challan by providing required documents for scholarship. Further you can also deposit fee as of now and can later on fill prescribed scholarship form from your nearest ALLEN office or from ALLEN website.

  9. Q9. My two students are studying in ALLEN in Nurture and Pre-Nurture course. Last year they both had availed Sibling Scholarship. Are they eligible for Sibling Scholarship in Enthuse course also?

    Yes the students can avail Sibling Scholarship this year also if both of them continue in this Academic Session also.

  10. Q10. I have taken admission Through ASAT and have got 20% scholarship also. Do I have to appear in ASAT next year also for scholarship?

    Next year the student can avail scholarship on the basis of any scholarship criteria as mentioned on our website and in our brochure as per our policies. Also the student can avail scholarship through ALLEN Champ and TALLENTEX.

About ASAT (ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test)

  1. Q1. What is ASAT?

    ASAT stands for ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test. ASAT is required in PNCF courses, IIT-JEE (All Courses) and Pre-Medical (All courses). For taking admission in these courses student has to qualify ASAT first.

  2. Q2. What are the criteria of ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test (ASAT)?

    ASAT is conducted for IIT-JEE (NURTURE, EHTHUSIAST and LEADER COURSE-Phase I), Pre-Medical (NURTURE, ENTHUSIAST and LEADER COURSE) and PNCF courses at Jaipur Center with below criteria:
    • Test pattern: Objective.
    • Syllabus: IIT/PRE-MEDICAL Nurture: NCERT syllabus of Class IX & X and IQ. IIT/PRE-MEDICAL ENTHUSIAST: NCERT Syllabus of Class XI and IQ. IIT/PRE-MEDICAL LEADER: NCERT Syllabus of Class XI, XII, IQ. PNCF: NCERT Syllabus of Science, Maths of previous class attended with IQ.
    • Test Duration: 2 Hrs. (01:00 PM to 03:00 PM).
    • Test Result: Within 2 days of test. It will available on our ALLEN Jaipur website
    • Negative Marking: –1mark for every wrong answer other than Mental Ability.

  3. Q3. Do you provide any sample paper of ASAT?

    Yes, you can get ASAT sample papers from ALLEN website. Kindly click here for ASAT sample papers.

  4. Q4. I want to take admission in IIT-JEE NURTURE course and want to appear in next ASAT. Do I have to select Mathematics or Biology in Part-II?

    If you are appearing in ASAT for IIT-JEE then you have to select Mathematics and for Pre-Medical you have to select Biology. For PNCF courses you can attempt any one of Mathematics or Biology.

  5. Q5. I am not qualified in the ASAT; can I appear in next ASAT?

    Yes, you can appear in next ASAT by purchasing new Application Form.

  6. Q6. Can a student appear in more than one ASAT?

    Every time a student appears in ASAT he/she will have to purchase a new Application Form.

  7. Q7. If my ward is not satisfied with ASAT result can he/she appear for the second chance and which result will be considered?

    Yes, the student can appear in next ASAT also by filling new Application Form. Later the student can take admission with any of the ASAT result.

  8. Q8. How will I get admit card for ASAT?

    You can download ASAT Admit card 4 days prior to ASAT date from ALLEN website.

  9. Q9. What are the criteria of scholarship in ASAT?

    Scholarship in ASAT solely depends on student performance in test.

  10. Q10. How do we come to know about our ASAT result?

    ASAT result will be announced on ALLEN Jaipur website within two days of test. Confirmation message will be sent to your over your registered mobile number.

  11. Q11. My ward wants to appear in ASAT but can’t come to Jaipur Center, is there any other ASAT center other than Jaipur?

    Yes, you can appear in any of our All India ASAT Test centers. Please click here to check your nearest ASAT Test center.

  12. Q12. I am not able to go to Test center, can I give ASAT online?

    No, ASAT is conducted offline only.

  13. Q13. I want to take admission in last phase so do I have to appear in ASAT just before class commencement date or I can appear in any ASAT?

    You can appear in any ASAT falling before class commencement date.

  14. Q14. I had filled online Application Form for IX class phase-I for the last ASAT conducted but I was not able to appear in that ASAT. Do I need to fill new Application Form for next ASAT or can appear in next ASAT with same Application Form?

    You can appear in next ASAT with same form number in case you have not appeared in last ASAT. Before that you’ll have to submit request online via email or you can visit ALLEN Center and change your ASAT date.

  15. Q15. My ward wants to take admission in 9th class. Is it necessary to appear in ASAT or he can take direct admission?

    It’s necessary to appear in ASAT. Direct admission is not allowed in courses in which admission mode is through ASAT. Though, if the student is TALLENTEX qualified he is eligible to take direct Admission.

  16. Q16. I had appeared in last ASAT for IIT-JEE NURTURE Course for Mumbai center and have got 20% scholarship; can I now take admission in Jaipur Center?

    Yes, you can take admission in Jaipur Center on the basis of ASAT of Mumbai Center but you can’t avail scholarship of Mumbai Center in Jaipur.

About Fee Structure/Payment

  1. Q.1. My ward wants to take admission in ALLEN but will not be able to come before class commencement so is there any other way I can pay fees ?

    Yes, you can pay the fees either online via Internet Banking or can make online transfer via NEFT. For NEFT please refer ALLEN website ‘how to apply’. You can also pay via Cash in any branch of either Central Bank of India, Axis Bank or HDFC Bank in your hometown by downloading Challan from ALLEN website.

  2. Q.2. I will not be able to bring Cash to pay fee. What other modes are available to pay at ALLEN center?

    You can pay by Cheque or Demand Draft issued in favor of 'ALLEN Career Institute, or can also pay by Credit-Card/Debit Card. Though, Also you can make online payment through Internet Banking or RTGS. You can deposit fee in cash at bank counters of HDFC/AXIS/CBI with Challan. Details for the same are available on our website.

  3. Q.3. Can I pay my fee in three installments?

    No, you can pay your fee in either Lumpsum or two Installments as mentioned in ALLEN website or detailed brochure.

  4. Q.4. I am eligible for ASAT Scholarship how much amount do I have to pay after deducting scholarship?

    ASAT scholarship can be availed either at the time of registration on Lumpsum amount or at the time of paying second installment on total amount. You can get your detailed fee Challan from ALLEN website/Campus.

  5. Q.5. I wish to pay fee for both Nurture and Enthusiast Course at once, can I get any consideration in fee?

    No, there is no provision of paying fee for two years at once. You can pay fee for first year only, second year fee will be payable next year only.

  6. Q.6. What is the minimum amount I have to pay to confirm my admission at ALLEN?

    You will have to pay at least first installment to confirm your admission at ALLEN.

  7. Q.7. I have qualified last ASAT for IIT-NURTURE Course, when can I pay my course fee?

    You can pay your course fee two days before the class commencement date. But if you have any scholarship than it is applicable one day before the next ASAT.

  8. Q.8. I have purchased and filled Application Form from ALLEN Form Issue Counter Agra and will send my Application Form via courier to ALLEN Jaipur Center. Can I send along Demand Draft/Cheque of Lumpsum amount also?

    Yes, you can send Application Form by courier along with Demand Draft/Cheque of First Installment or Lumpsum Fee if entrance test is not applicable in your course. In case ASAT is applicable in your course you will have to first qualify ASAT and then you can send the Cheque/Demand Draft by deducting the scholarship, if any.

  9. Q.9. I am taking admission in Pre-Medical Nurture course at Jaipur Center. Can I pay course fee at Kota Center?

    Yes, you can deposit course Application Form as well as course fee at Kota Center through Cheque/Demand Draft.

  10. Q.10. My ward is not well and would not be able to continue his classes at ALLEN. Can I send refund request through email?

    No, for refund you have to come to ALLEN Center or you can download refund form from our website, www.ALLEN.ac.in, and submit the refund form within the prescribed time or before last date of refund. No request of refund over email will be entertained.

  11. Q11. What are your refund policies?

    At ALLEN we have one month refund policy as mentioned on our website and in our detailed brochure. The student/parent has to apply for refund within the mentioned dates in our refund policy. No request after that date will be entertained.
